The Chaps say: Lots of age and character, probably 1910s / 1920s, very Steampunk!

• Black grosgrain linings
  

Condition: EXCELLENT - some faint tiny marks to hem, a small hole to the front (will be hidden in use). Some minor discolouration to collar fold and lining. See photos.
